At a young age, my passion for mountain biking led me into the world of fitness, the body, and its capabilities. And, let’s be honest, a few broken bones of injuries have led to plenty of my own self-motivated rehabilitation!
Today, I spend my time helping people improve their hobbies and health. It’s the perfect match for my passion for the biomechanics, biology and chemistry of the body – as well as the psychology of fitness.
Outside of work I am still a keen Mountain Biking enthusiast where I race competitivly, as well as being a qualified Bike Coach for individuals and racing teams. From nutrition to sports training, fitness is my life – and that’s an attitude and commitment you can see in the results I achieve with my clients.
